Grants fund families in need to get the support they deserve!
Our grant-funded services provide both supplemental and full-support care based on individual needs. Support may include prenatal visits, education, birth support, postpartum care, and guidance throughout your journey. Some families receive partial support to complement existing care, while others may qualify for more comprehensive services. Care is offered based on need, availability, and alignment with our mission.
Our Story
This program has been a long time in the making. It has grown from years of showing up for families, listening closely, and recognizing where gaps in care continue to exist. We have held a deep vision of what it could look like for every family to be supported, not just those with access or resources, but those who need it most.
Through dedication, community, and a commitment to doing this work differently, we have slowly built toward this moment. And now, through the support of a grant funded by St. David’s Foundation, we are able to offer something we have always believed should exist: care that is accessible, intentional, and rooted in honoring the whole person.
This program allows us to extend that care further, to meet families in more vulnerable seasons, and to offer both supplemental and full support in a way that feels aligned and sustainable. It is an extension of the work we have always done, now made more accessible through the support of our community.
